hello world!

Joe Holmes from Spring, Texas

First question I had to answer was do I need a nexus letter. I was claiming sleep apnea as a secondary. I did not get diagnosed while I was in active service. So the answer was yes. I absolutely needed a nexus to connect my diagnosis to my other conditions which were already service-connected. The second question was whether or not Dr Brennes was legitimate. He's asking for so little compared to other doctors for the service. I was skeptical, but I took the chance. It was absolutely worth it. He doesn't just throw out a bunch of words; he takes your case and grounds it in evidence. Evidence is the name of the game. If you have a solid case, Dr. Brennes will tell you. He articulated the evidence found in medical literature and the law. I don't know when the VA is going to move the goal post on conditions like sleep apnea, but Dr. Brennes used their own precedent as of March 2026 to get me a 50% rating for sleep apnea secondary. Thank you Dr. Drew Brennes.
