If you have additional questions, visit our FAQs page for more information or Contact Us!

STEP 1
WHEN TO EXPECT

Medical Calendar
To get started, we need to let you know when to expect our review to begin. We get a lot of orders for Nexus Letters. While we wish we could provide our services faster, the process takes time. We must research each individual claim to find Nexus between medical conditions and either time in military service or existing service-connected disabilities. For some orders it is easier to find Nexus than others. Some take more time. Once we are past the research phase, the actually writing of the Nexus Letter moves more quickly and is usually completed within a few days. Below you will find the estimated timeframes for our team to begin a Claims Review if you ordered one today.
Standard Nexus Letter Orders are expect to begin review in
 2 weeks
Express Nexus Letter Orders are expect to begin review in
 1 weeks

STEP 3
CLAIMS REVIEW

Medical records and stethoscope

During the Claims Review step, we may need to communicate with you. We will get in touch with you via email if needed.

In the Claims Review step, we will need to review your claims documents and medical history to verify if we are able to establish Nexus between your medical conditions and your time in military service or if caused by an existing service-connected disability.

If Nexus is found not to be valid, you will be notified by email and you will not be invoiced.

STEP 4
SUBMIT PAYMENT
