After going back and forth with the VA since August of 2025 my OSA nexus letter written by Dr. Drew was approved with a 50% service connection rating. This was after being denied, supplemental claim, HLR, DTA and two Ace exams. I kept fighting because I knew the nexus letter supported my claim and the VA had just issued me a CPAP machine. This was the fourth nexus letter written by Dr. Drew. All four letters gave me a service connection rating. I could not have done it without his help! Thank you sir!
