I have been fighting to get my left knee as a secondary to my right knee for 6 years now. Dr. Brennes was able to provide a Nexus letter that did the job. Like many of us, the VA will sometimes service-connect some things but not the main one that is bothering you. My left knee, which has always been my good knee, has become my bad knee over the years. I previously submitted my claim in December and had all the evidence, but got denied in March. Once Dr. Brennes provided the letter, I was also able to find additional evidence that led to getting 10% for extension and 0% for flexion, which gave me an increase (60% to 70%) that I have been waiting for years!

I honestly wanted to try to go with a Claims company, but after believing I had everything except a reliable doctor, I decided to to reach out to Dr. Brennes, and that is the best decision I made. Thank you!!

Service connection for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is granted with an evaluation of 50 percent effective August 30, 2025, received on May 4, 2026. I traveled the VA Lanes from denied, HLR, DTA, Supplemental, ACE exam to granted. Dr. Drew Brennes is trustworthy, affordable, professional, and offers high-quality services to all brothers and sisters. Dr. Drew is a NEXUS Professional...I highly recommend!

Dr. Drew was professional, thorough, and easy to work with throughout my VA disability process. I had been dealing with the VA on my own since 2011 when I started out at 30%. His documentation and attention to detail made a real difference, and I ultimately received a 100% rating WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS!!!!!
I highly recommend him to anyone navigating the VA system.

Dr. Drew did an excellent job with my nexus letters, and he has an excellent understanding of the VA claim process. He provided excellent advice and service, and his letters are well written, thorough and concise. I highly recommend him if you need a nexus letter.

Dr. Drew did an amazing job assisting my claim. He thoroughly reviewed my records and wrote compelling nexus letters that supported my claims. I have been claiming the same injuries since I first got out of service in 2011, and have been denied every time. The VA regional doctor that completed my C&P exam said the nexus letters were extremely well written and my claim was approved 2 days later, after 15 years of denials. I cannot thank Dr. Drew enough; he has literally changed my life.

I was denied twice for OSA. I'm a Gulf War Vet with Burn Pit exposure. I was referred by my VSO office and they had success with nexus letter from Nexus Letter Doctor. I filed an appeal and within two months I was awarded 50% for my OSA. My Nexus letter was instrumental in VA approving my claim. I'm now at 90%. I'm very grateful.

Dr Drew does an Excellent Job in assisting you the veteran.
The process he uses is simple! No contracts to be signed.
He assisted me by developing professional and compelling Nexus Letters, to support my VA claims.
With his help I was granted VA approval for Sinusitis & Allergic Rhinitis.
The most recent VA claim I submitted was for Sleep Apnea. That’s one of the most difficult claims to have the VA grant approval!
The Nexus letter he developed for Sleep Apnea was a convincing work of art! It tied my military medical records, to my civilian medical history, and my sleep disorders progression over many years, with my current VA health records.
The result! “SUCCESS”
The VA granted my Sleep Apnea claim at 50%
Thank You DR DREW!
If you are looking for an affordable, effective, and professional alternative, to some of the costly Nexus Letter doctors I highly recommend you contact DR Drew Brennes.

I had a great experience working with Dr. Brennes. The nexus letter was well-written, detailed, and clearly connected my condition to my service-connected disabilities. Because of this, the VA approved my claim for service connection, which was a huge step forward for me.

The process was straightforward, communication was professional, and it was clear that a lot of knowledge and care went into my case. I definitely recommend this service to other veterans who need help strengthening their claims.

I would like to Thankyou Dr. Brenna’s for the Outstanding Nexus Letter I received. It was the evidence I needed for the VA to move me to 100%. He is very committed to helping secure a Letter that is second to none. His prices are very reasonable and is totally worth the wait.

I cannot recommend Dr. Brennes enough. After frustrating dealings with the VA, his Nexus letter was the key piece of evidence that finally secured the service connection for my back. I knew my condition was service-connected, but the VA had previously denied it; Dr. Brennes’ expertise was 100% the reason they finally found in my favor.

He provides exceptional service and an extremely high-quality Nexus letter that the VA simply couldn't ignore. His medical rationale is sound, his process is thorough, and his prices are very fair compared to others in the industry. He truly understands the system and exactly what the VA is looking for. 5 stars!!!

First question I had to answer was do I need a nexus letter. I was claiming sleep apnea as a secondary. I did not get diagnosed while I was in active service. So the answer was yes. I absolutely needed a nexus to connect my diagnosis to my other conditions which were already service-connected. The second question was whether or not Dr Brennes was legitimate. He's asking for so little compared to other doctors for the service. I was skeptical, but I took the chance. It was absolutely worth it. He doesn't just throw out a bunch of words; he takes your case and grounds it in evidence. Evidence is the name of the game. If you have a solid case, Dr. Brennes will tell you. He articulated the evidence found in medical literature and the law. I don't know when the VA is going to move the goal post on conditions like sleep apnea, but Dr. Brennes used their own precedent as of March 2026 to get me a 50% rating for sleep apnea secondary. Thank you Dr. Drew Brennes.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Drew. He prepared a nexus letter for me in support of my VA disability claim, and the quality and thoroughness of his work truly made a difference. The letter was extremely well written, clearly explained the medical connection to my service, and was backed with solid medical reasoning and documentation.

Because of Dr. Drew's expertise and attention to detail, my VA disability rating increased from 90% to 100%. That change has had a significant impact on my family and I am incredibly grateful.

Dr. Drew was professional, knowledgeable about the VA claims process, and took the time to ensure everything was properly documented. If you are veteran needing a strong, well-supported nexus letter, I highly recommend working with him.

Where do I begin? I contacted Dr. Brennes back in 2022, hoping to get a quality Nexus Letter that didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I submitted all of the required documents and, a few days later, had a high-quality letter. Unfortunately, the VA seemed to not want to accept my letter. At first, they acted as if I didn't submit it. On appeal, they acknowledged they received it but then ignored it again. I then submitted a supplemental claim but was then told the nexus letter was not new evidence. I then went to the Board of Veterans Appeals. After years of denials and appeals, in 2026, the Board granted my claim. The Board stated, "Considered together, the private opinions (Nexus Letter) are more probative than the VA examiner’s opinion.” The Board of Veterans’ Appeals specifically found Dr. Brennes opinion more probative than the VA examiner’s and granted my claim based on the strength of his rationale. I wanted to give up, but I truly believed in the letter Dr. Brennes wrote. I can't thank him enough for this!

Dr. Drew was instrumental in helping me successfully service-connect my sleep apnea after it had previously been denied. Before working with him, my claim had stalled despite supporting records. Dr. Drew took the time to thoroughly review my medical history, understand the connection to my service-connected PTSD, and provide a clear, well-supported nexus letter grounded in medical literature and sound clinical reasoning.

Shortly after submitting his opinion, my sleep apnea was granted at 50%. It would not have happened without his support. His ability to articulate the medical relationship in a way the VA could clearly understand made all the difference.

Beyond his medical expertise, I appreciated his transparency, professionalism, and understanding of the VA process. As a fellow service member, he understands how these conditions develop over time and how they affect daily life.

I highly recommend Dr. Drew to any veteran seeking a thorough, honest, and evidence-based medical opinion to support their claim.

I am extremely grateful for the services rendered by Dr. Drew Bennes. I used him on three different occasions for three separate claims of sleep apnea, secondary hypertension and gerd. I had been denied for all three claims and in the case of hypertension had dealt with appeals over a six year period. The professionalism and expertise (Nexus Letters) got all three claims granted and all within a 4 to 5 month period. I would recommend him to anybody in need for disability Nexus letter assistance. Dr. Brennes has helped me the past couple of years with his nexus letters. They are professional and well worded. Besides his letters, he has given me priceless advice on how to proceed when the VA originally declined my claim. I would highly recommend Dr. Brennes to anyone in need of his service. Thank you again.

I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Drew; his work was absolutely essential in winning my claim for OSA.
While my initial claim was denied, Dr. Drew's powerful nexus letter was the key that secured my C&P exam. After the exam, I requested a copy of the contract examiner's C&P report and found several errors. This prompted me to file for a Higher-Level Review.
During my informal conference, I was able to speak directly with a VA Rater and point out the specific mistakes in the C&P report. The incredibly thorough and evidence-based nexus letter from Dr. Drew provided the solid medical foundation I needed to successfully challenge the contract examiner's opinion and I finally won my appeal.
His commitment to helping veterans is clear. For anyone needing a nexus letter that can withstand scrutiny and make all the difference, look no further. Dr. Drew is the real deal.

Dr. Drew provided outstanding support throughout the VA disability process. He brought structure to a messy, paperwork-heavy system and made the medical side of the claim clear, defensible, and easy for the VA to evaluate. He delivered thorough medical analysis, well-organized documentation, and consistent follow-through from start to finish. His work materially improved the quality of the claim package, reduced avoidable delays, and increased the overall credibility of the submission.

Let me start by saying that Dr. Brennas, D.C. is the absolute best. I'd been continuously denied on my previous V.A. claims, but with the help of Dr. Brennas and his Nexus Letter, I received a 50% rating for sleep apnea. And again, that's after being diagnosed with it, having three sleep studies done, issued a cpap by the V.A., and still being denied. There was no crazy back and forth with Dr. Brennas. His work ethic matches his personality, he is "OUTSTANDING".

Dr. Drew was incredibly responsive and flexible. I was impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness, and the attention to detail in his letter. My shoulder injury had already been denied, both in the initiaö claim and in a higher level review. I used Dr. Drew's letter to file a supplemental claim, and less than a month later, my injury was rated at 20%! Thank you, Dr. Drew, for your hard work and expertise!

Dr. Drew went above and beyond in helping me with my VA claims. Before his assistance I was not service connected at ALL! The VA kept denying my claims for two years. My wife did some research online and I decided to use him for my Nexus letters. He DID NOT disappoint us! He prepared THREE Nexus letters for my conditions and thanks to his thorough work and clear medical explanations, I was awarded a 50% service connection. All three of his Nexus letters got me a rating! Wow! His professionalism, compassion and dedication to helping veterans truly stand out. I am truly grateful for his support and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing a strong medical documentation for their VA claims. I have worked myself to 90% but recently reached out to Dr. Drew AGAIN for his help on my OSA claim. I am confident that he will get me to 100%!

I spent years working with different providers who gave me the runaround when it came to nexus letters. It was exhausting, and honestly, discouraging. Dr. Brennes was the complete opposite — communicative, straightforward, easy to work with, and on top of that, he’s got a great sense of humor that makes the whole process feel less stressful.

I’ve been dealing with real illnesses and discomforts for a long time, but the VA kept missing the service-connection.
His nexus letter made the connection undeniable. Because of his work, I was finally awarded a favorable decision.

I highly recommend giving him a try. He actually listens, he understands the system, and he gets the job done.
