I was referred to Dr Brennes from a co-worker and his nexus letter was clean, effective and affordable. My claim was rejected and he suggested I I appeal which I did for my lumbar and they also included my sciatic in the rating (40% lumbar, 20% sciatic). I have been fighting to get my left knee as a secondary to my right knee for 6 years now. Dr. Brennes was able to provide a Nexus letter that did the job. Like many of us, the VA will sometimes service-connect some things but not the main one that is bothering you. My left knee, which has always been my good knee, has become my bad knee over the years. I previously submitted my claim in December and had all the evidence, but got denied in March. Once Dr. Brennes provided the letter, I was also able to find additional evidence that led to getting 10% for extension and 0% for flexion, which gave me an increase (60% to 70%) that I have been waiting for years!
